Then we process the application on the back end, taking care to track demographic data.
When a prospect has been qualified for the program, a welcome kit — complete with membership card, program use instructions and a listing of local pharmacies that participate in the program — is automatically printed and mailed. Our solution also automatically sends “re-contact” mailings within 60 days of the initial mailing … and triggers additional customer communications in the event of incomplete applications.
