President and Chief Executive Officer — Kansas City, Missouri Robert provides leadership and strategic vision for the company’s operations and staff. Since joining the organization over 10 years ago, Robert has helped the company advance with breakthrough results by identifying new revenue opportunities, areas for innovation and strategic operational directions. Most recently, he was responsible for all digital and offset operations in our nationwide network of production facilities. Prior to joining the company, Robert had a distinguished career with the United States Marine Corps. Robert earned an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. |

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer — Melville, New York Paul oversees the finance, accounting, tax and human resource activities of Rapid Solutions Group. As a CFO for companies in the financial services arena for more than 20 years, including the international investment banking and private equity company, Peers & Co. (a former subsidiary of Kemper Corporation), Paul has a wealth of domestic and international experience in finance, accounting and operations. Most recently, he served as the CFO for the Americas at Prebon Yamane, a leading international inter-dealer brokerage firm. His prior experience included finance and accounting positions at JP Morgan Chase, Sterling Drugs and Ernst & Young. Paul has an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University, and a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is a C.P.A. and was a registered Financial and Operations Principal with the NASD and SEC. |

Chief Operating Officer — Melville, New York Cynthia provides strategic direction and leadership for the digital arm of Rapid Solutions Group. With an emphasis in Sales, Client Services, Business Development, Information Technologies and Operations, her focal point is on building and expanding company business. Cynthia also leads the teams to identify creative and innovative solutions that enhance client relationships and ensure client longevity. A Fulbright Scholar, Cynthia earned an M.B.A. in International Business from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI. Prior to joining Rapid Solutions Group, she spent four years as a lead Product Manager launching, implementing and maintaining OEM and Dealership product lines in a number of South American countries on behalf of the BASF Corporation. |

Vice President, Business Development — Mt. Prospect, Illinois Al leads the Business Development organization of Rapid Solutions Group. His team is responsible for solutions development and future enhancements for the vertical markets Rapid Solutions Group serves, along with defining functionality for the operational and technology platforms supporting these solutions. Al has been the leader behind introducing the Web2Print business as part of our primary strengths. The company’s channel partner alliances are managed by Al with focus on our combined core strategies. Al has developed tools and solutions to manage the seamless integration of offset and digital print production services and the extension of one-to-one marketing from digital print into electronic media. His experience includes 20 years of management in finance, client services, business development and manufacturing operations. Al is a C.P.A. with Big4 audit experience. He earned a B.S. in accounting from DePaul University, Chicago, IL and has completed all focused course work for an MBA in operations management from Loyola University, Chicago, IL. |

Vice President, Digital Operations — Melville, New York Tom directs the operations of our digital solutions across multiple Rapid Solutions Group sites. Tom has more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry in a variety of management and leadership positions. For much of that time, he has been with Dreyfus as a key player in significantly reducing fulfillment costs, printing costs and physical stock inventories. He has a proven track record in developing and implementing projects that reduce costs, improve operational efficiencies and mitigate risk. In addition to hands-on experience, Tom has an extensive amount of training and education. He received his MBA from Hofstra and a B.S. in Economics. He also holds a Certified Financial Planner designation. |

Executive Administrative Assistant — Kansas City, Missouri Valerie supports the CEO with administrative assistance and project management expertise. She also provides direction, leadership, support and strategic planning for all administrative personnel. Serving the company for more than 19 years, Valerie has dealt with administrative duties in a number of areas, including office management, customer service, Human Resources and accounting. In addition to her corporate administrative responsibilities, Valerie manages the facility services for the Kansas City location. |

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and marketing in the financial services industry, Ed has the background and sales leadership necessary to help Rapid Solutions Group grow, provide market leadership and equip clients with proven digital communications solutions. Ed has been a key speaker at many industry events including SIFMA, BSA and Xerox; and he is involved in numerous charitable organizations, notably LI Cares, The Marty Lyons Foundation and The Jazz Foundation of America. He also sits on the board of a private, non-related Internet business. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College, and is a Wharton Institute graduate from the University of Pennsylvania. |

Acting Chief Information Officer, Information Technologies — Kansas City, Missouri Daryl Lawrence, as acting CIO, provides organizational leadership and strategic planning to the company’s Information Technology (IT) Division. This includes oversight of software development, data services, network support and communications. Over the last 20 years, Daryl has been responsible for building, supporting and leading IT infrastructures with many major organizations, including General Electric, DST Systems and DST International. He has international IT leadership and applications experience, serving two years in Hong Kong creating a support network to sustain all of DST International’s Asian markets — the DST International Support Center. Daryl has leveraged the experience he has gained over the past several years to bring the best global practices in technology to Rapid Solutions Group. |
